Job summary

The package includes up to £80,000 plus a package, with a pipeline that spans commercial offices, residential and industrial/logistics projects ranging from £2m to £50m, including major refurbishments and fit-outs.

Qualifications

We are working with a highly respected independent property consultancy looking for a Senior or Associate Project Manager to join its growing London team.

The project pipeline is seriously good.

You will be working across commercial offices, residential and industrial/logistics, with schemes typically ranging from £2m to £50m – including major London refurbishments, cut & carve projects and complex fit-outs.

This is a proper client-facing consultancy role. You will lead projects, act as Employer’s Agent, manage professional teams and work directly with investors and developers – but you'll also be encouraged to build relationships and help generate future opportunities.

They’re looking for someone MAPM and/or MRICS, with strong consultancy-side Project Management experience and a track record across commercial property. Experience of London office refurbishment, cut & carve, fit-out and industrial projects would be particularly relevant.

The sweet spot is somebody who's already established technically but wants more exposure, more responsibility and a clearer opportunity to develop their own standing in the market.

Up to £80,000 + package.
