Job summary

RCI Group is seeking an Associate People Partner to join the People team in the UK. You will own a varied employee relations caseload, coach managers to handle people matters confidently and fairly, and contribute to organisational change projects.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a wide range of colleagues, and support professional development including CIPD qualifications. The role focuses on compliant, value-led HR partner support across health, justice, and social

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently managing complex ER casework.
• Sound understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
• Experience supporting or preparing documentation for employment tribunal claims.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working toward Level 7.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employee relations matters with guidance to managers.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching on ER processes and best practice.
• Design and deliver manager training on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence issues.
• Support tribunal preparation with People Partners and Divisional Leaders, liaising with ACAS as needed.
• Lead small to mid-size employee consultations and support organisational change programmes.
• Contribute to TUPE projects and restructuring activities across the Group.
• Identify trends and root causes behind ER issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Promote fair, compliant and consistent people practices across the business.
