RCI Group is seeking a proactive People Advisor to be the first point of contact for complex HR queries, delivering practical, commercially minded guidance to managers and colleagues across the Group.

You’ll support absence management, probation reviews, family leave, and organisational change, working with Associate People Partners to develop your HR expertise and contribute to a high‑performing People function.

Formación

• Experience providing HR advice to managers.
• Experience managing absence, probation, and family leave cases.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Confident using HR systems and case management platforms.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice on a range of HR matters and guidance to managers.
• Manage escalated queries from the People Team and determine escalation needs.
• Support sickness absence processes including return-to-work discussions and attendance plans.
• Advise on probation, maternity, paternity, adoption, and other family-friendly policies.
• Handle lower-level ER matters and support complex cases with Associate People Partners.
• Assist with consultations, restructures, organisational change projects, and TUPE activity.
• Coach and support People Coordinators and maintain service standards.
• Review/update HR policies, templates, and process documentation.
• Deliver and support manager training on key people topics.
• Maintain accurate employee records and case management documentation.
