Job description

We are looking for an Associate Paid Search Account Director to be responsible and accountable for the success and delivery of Visualsoft's Paid Search service. You will own a portfolio of key to mid-level Paid Search clients and become the go-to key relationship stakeholder for Paid Search. Relationships and client centricity is crucial as your key objective is to grow your portfolio's return, ensuring the Paid Search product/service is innovative, efficient and delivered to the highest possible quality.

This position is ideal for individuals currently in client-facing roles or Senior Marketing Executives with experience in PPC seeking to advance their careers.

Job Purpose

The Associate Paid Search Account Director will lead and ensure the implementation of the client portfolio across all relevant platforms of the product/service, constantly aiming to deliver the client's goals and targets. Utilising cutting-edge, top-tier technology and capitalising on our partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Shoptimised, the Associate Paid Search Account Director will prioritise clients, demonstrating a strategic mindset by responding and adjusting as needed to achieve excellence.

Strategy and impeccable execution are key to the role, ensuring that clients benefit from the Paid Search service and have a clear and transparent view of the work carried out.

Primary Duties

Client Portfolio Relationship

  • Nurture and own the relationship of your portfolio of clients.

Portfolio Retention

  • By utilising your relationship with your portfolio ensure client retention is at an all-time high and best in class.

Maintain & Promote Highest Standards of Paid Search

  • The execution of Visualsoft services must be impeccable, ensuring all clients are serviced fully and efficiently, to the best of Visualsoft’s ability at all times.

Client Happiness

  • Utilise your relationship and generation of results to ensure Net Promoter Score (NPS) is constantly high.
  • Client Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT) will be conducted at all available touch points; it is imperative that your client portfolio gives positive responses.
  • When NPS or CSAT scores are not as desired, appropriate action must be taken leveraging your relationship and the work Visualsoft carries out.

Strive for Client Results

  • Continuously strive to produce the highest results for Visualsoft clients via Paid Search.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for all results, implementing change where required to improve.

Control & Own Paid Search Strategy

  • Devise and own best-in-class Paid Search strategies for your portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure positive and negative results are shared across the business with relevant key stakeholders to benefit other client portfolios.
  • Implement industry-leading strategies, even first to market where beneficial.

Key Account Tasks

  • Budgets - implementation of changes and budget increase recommendations.
  • Implementation of optiscore recommendations.
  • Bid Strategy Reviews and changes.
  • Client Communication for assigned clients.
  • Internal Comms for assigned clients.
  • Design Requests.
  • Front End Development Requests.
  • Responsible for sign-off of monthly client reports.
  • Strategy decks - instrumental in offering strategic guidance and advice.
Minimum Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience either agency or client-side specialising in Paid Search.
  • Extensive experience of Paid Search management.
  • Proven expertise in external Paid Search platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement.
  • Experience in building and executing Paid Search strategies, whether in-house or for clients.
  • Working to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual.
  • Client-facing experience at a senior level.
  • Client meeting experience and proven strategy presentation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven.

Desirable

  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in other digital media channels.
  • Google Data Studio.
  • Attribution.
  • Google Tag Manager.
  • Feed Management Solutions.
