Role Description

The Client Success Associate Account Director will report to the Account Director/Business Director and collaborate closely with Channel teams and senior client stakeholders. You will manage cross-channel digital strategies, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and ensure the effective integration of digital channels. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to oversee account performance and client satisfaction. You will also develop client plans and nurture revenue pipelines within your remit.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Expertise

  • Establish yourself as a key digital Client Performance contact internally & externally
  • Maintain solid knowledge of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social, and Programmatic channels, staying updated with industry developments
  • Develop proficiency in reporting and tracking tools, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and present strategies
  • Discuss and challenge cross-channel business plans/strategies
  • Contribute to process improvements for internal and external workflows

Account/Client Management

  • Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks to meet campaign targets
  • Coordinate with digital teams on campaign timelines, budgets, and optimizations
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality presentations
  • Prepare cross-channel strategies and forecasts supported by data
  • Develop performance review reports and provide insights and recommendations
  • Maintain contact reports, meeting minutes, and status updates
  • Complete timesheets regularly and meet deadlines
  • Support new business initiatives through research and client engagement
  • Lead and support account teams to deliver excellent results
  • Propose innovative ideas and industry insights to clients
  • Stay informed about partner product releases and industry trends
  • Collaborate with Channel and Strategy teams to address client challenges
  • Develop industry-specific POVs and analyze marketing opportunities
  • Understand client businesses, products, and services, including contractual and commercial aspects
