Due to increasing demand for exceptional Mechanical Service projects, we are seeking an Associate - Mechanical Services - Manchester.

About You

You should have experience in one or more sectors that BakerHicks operates in. Ideally, you will be a Chartered Engineer with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities while leading and developing a motivated team. Client care and repeat business are vital, so you must be able to build and maintain key relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Mechanical Services team at the Manchester office, including recruitment, resourcing, professional development, and engagement to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee Mechanical Services involvement in various projects, managing time, cost, quality assurance, health and safety, resources, client relationships, and project delivery.
  • Support and promote quality and compliance within local teams and projects.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Mechanical Services team and participate in management team meetings.
