About the company?

This building Services specific consultancy have been operating around the South West for the last 30+ years and are now looking to grow their Mechanical division with an experienced engineer who may be looking for the next step. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are looking for either an Mechanical Engineer to their friendly and already successful team – someone who feels like they have more to give and wants to move into a role where they can progress their career as well as the business, through business development, bringing on new projects and mentoring the team – with reward of course, in the form of eventually running the business and taking over ownership.

Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM and public health, this consultancy are a strong team of around 12 individuals. They are a sociable team of individuals and are now looking for a similar personality to join, ideally someone who can use Revit with experience leading their own projects in a similar position. Being able to mentor more junior engineers would also be a big positive with experience managing smaller teams.

We would also be very open to considering individuals at a higher level around Associate or above, candidates with ambition who would eventually like the chance to run their own business.

What they require from the successful Associate Mechanical Engineer?
