As the demand to deliver exceptional Mechanical Service projects to our clients continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an Associate - Mechanical Services - Manchester.

About You

As an Associate – Mechanical Services,you will be required to have experience in one or multiple sectors that BakerHicks operates in. You will ideally be a Chartered Engineer and will have the ability to demonstrate managing complex projects and multiple priorities whilst building, developing and managing a motivated and enthusiastic team. Client care and repeat business is crucial to BakerHicks success, so you’ll need to be able to collaborate, and own key relationships with our clients, both internally and externally.

Key Purpose

  • Management of the Mechanical Services team in the locationoffice, including supporting recruitment, resourcing, professional development, and engagement to deliver high quality output to all projects
  • Management of Mechanical Services involvement in a number of projects, including time, cost, quality assurance, health and safety, resource management, client relationship management and project delivery
  • Monitor, support and champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the national Mechanical Services team, actively participating in the Mechanical Services Management Team Meetings
