Associate Human Resources Business Partner

Join to apply for the Associate Human Resources Business Partner role at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the North Mid HRBP team, supporting the HR Business Partner in providing comprehensive human resource (HR) support for designated clinical and corporate divisions. Responsibilities include resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER), and terms and conditions of employment. The role will also focus on workforce planning, transformation, and performance improvement.

The role involves supporting the Divisional Business Partner in achieving workforce KPIs, designing and delivering training and development interventions, and contributing to workforce plans aligned with business strategies. It requires providing professional, customer-focused HR advice and coaching, and supporting Trust-wide HR initiatives.

Main duties of the job

1. Lead on specific workforce projects as designated by the HR Business Partner, including TUPE.
2. Work with divisions to ensure success in the National Staff Survey, including formulating action plans.
3. Review and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
4. Attend operational meetings to provide workforce updates and support.
5. Promote the equalities agenda of a diverse workforce, in line with the Trust’s inclusion, diversity, and equality policies.
6. Monitor and analyse workforce reports, ensuring adherence to timescales and policies.
