This is an exciting opportunity to join the North Mid HRBP team, supporting the HR Business Partner in providing comprehensive human resource (HR) support for designated clinical and corporate divisions. Responsibilities include resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER), and terms and conditions of employment. The role will also focus on workforce planning, transformation, and performance improvement.
The role involves supporting the Divisional Business Partner in achieving workforce KPIs, designing and delivering training and development interventions, and contributing to workforce plans aligned with business strategies. It requires providing professional, customer-focused HR advice and coaching, and supporting Trust-wide HR initiatives.
