The role focuses on resourcing, organizational change, employee relations (ER), and terms and conditions of employment. It aims to support workforce planning, transformation, and performance.
The role involves assisting the Divisional Business Partner in achieving workforce KPIs and participating in designing and delivering training and development interventions to enhance management capability and improve performance.
Responsibilities include developing workforce plans aligned with business strategies, providing professional HR advice and coaching, and supporting Trust-wide HR initiatives.
