Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the North Mid HRBP team, supporting the HR Business Partner in providing comprehensive human resource (HR) support for designated clinical and corporate divisions. The role focuses on resourcing, organizational change, employee relations (ER), and terms and conditions of employment. It aims to support workforce planning, transformation, and performance.

The role involves assisting the Divisional Business Partner in achieving workforce KPIs and participating in designing and delivering training and development interventions to enhance management capability and improve performance.

Responsibilities include developing workforce plans aligned with business strategies, providing professional HR advice and coaching, and supporting Trust-wide HR initiatives.

Main duties of the job
  1. Lead on specific workforce projects as designated by the HR Business Partner, including TUPE transfers.
  2. Collaborate with divisions to ensure success in the National Staff Survey, including developing action plans based on survey results.
  3. Review and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and implementation across the Trust.
  4. Attend directorate operational meetings to provide workforce updates and support operational issues.
  5. Promote and progress the equalities agenda in line with the Trust’s inclusion, diversity, and equality initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze workforce reports, ensuring managers adhere to deadlines and policies.
