Job summary

Arvato, a leading global logistics and HR services provider, seeks an Associate HR Business Partner in Slough with regular travel to Corby and Birmingham. You will drive HR projects, support organisational change, and shape people strategies to improve business performance across UK sites.

Based at Slough, with travel, you’ll collaborate with HR colleagues and site leaders to deliver initiatives, TUPE transfers, employee engagement and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering HR projects and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE and organisational change.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret HR data and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR projects across UK operations with on-time delivery.
• Support business transformation, restructures and change initiatives.
• Improve HR processes, policies and ways of working across sites.
• Translate business priorities into practical people initiatives.
• Engage with managers and senior leaders to drive project outcomes.
• Develop employee engagement and workforce planning activities.
