At Arvato, we're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Associate HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in delivering HR projects and people initiatives across our UK operations.

Based primarily at our Slough site, with regular travel to Corby and Birmingham, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working beyond day-to-day HR activities and wants to make a broader impact on business performance and organisational development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with operational managers and senior leaders, providing guidance and influencing the successful delivery of people-related projects.

Employee Engagement: Developing and supporting initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, retention and workplace culture.

Workforce Planning: Contributing to projects focused on workforce planning, organisational structures, talent development and succession planning.

HR Data & Reporting: Using people data, workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities, measure project success and support informed decision-making.

Cross-Site Collaboration: Working collaboratively with teams across Slough, Corby and Birmingham to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR initiatives.

Previous experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HR Project Specialist or HR Business Partner role, with significant involvement in HR projects and change initiatives.

Demonstrable experience delivering HR projects, organisational change or business improvement initiatives.

Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, particularly in relation to TUPE and organisational change.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing managers and senior leaders.
