Job summary

Arvato in the UK is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to drive people-focused projects across our Slough operation with regular travel to Corby and Birmingham. The role focuses on TUPE, transformation and employee engagement while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Based at Slough, you will partner with HR colleagues and site leaders to plan workforce changes, lead programmes, and ensure effective communication and governance across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisor or HR Business Partner roles with HR projects.
• Proven track record delivering HR projects and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, esp. TUPE and change.
• Experience influencing managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent; full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
