Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as an Associate HR Business Partner, delivering people-focused projects across UK sites, including Slough, Corby and Birmingham. The role emphasizes TUPE, change initiatives and improving business performance.

You will lead HR projects, drive engagement and ensure timely delivery, working with senior stakeholders and HR leadership to translate priorities into practical people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisor/HRBP roles with HR projects and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, esp. TUPE and change.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR projects across sites (Slough, Corby, Birmingham).
• Support business transformation and organisational change.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and policies.
• Translate business priorities into practical people initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and influence managers to deliver projects.
• Support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
