Job summary

Arvato SCM UK Ltd. is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner based in Slough with regular travel to Corby and Birmingham. You will deliver HR projects, support organisational change and drive continuous improvement across UK sites.

You will apply strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills to shape people strategy and enhance business performance. CIPD qualification is preferred and a full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR projects and change initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a variety of HR projects ensuring delivery on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Support business transformation programmes, restructures and change initiatives with clear planning and communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and ways of working for consistency across sites.
• Translate business priorities into practical people initiatives that support performance.
• Engage with managers and senior leaders to influence successful delivery of HR projects.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, retention and culture.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational structure design and talent development.
• Utilise HR data and metrics to measure success and inform decisions.
• Collaborate across Slough, Corby and Birmingham to ensure consistent implementation.
