They are looking for an Associate to join their London-based team and work closely with a senior leader on a broad range of senior HR and Board-level searches across both public and private sectors.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced Partner, supporting the delivery of impactful HR leadership assignments. You’ll be involved in every stage of the search process, from developing research strategies and managing projects to preparing documentation and building client relationships. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including FTSE 350, Fortune 500, and private equity-backed businesses, as well as high-profile public sector organisations.

You’ll also have the chance to contribute to business development, meet new clients, and help plan engaging events. Whether you’re an experienced Associate or looking to step into a fee-earning executive search role, you’ll find plenty of scope for growth and learning in a supportive, collaborative environment.

About You

• You have strong experience in research, project management, or executive search.
• You’re a confident communicator with excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• You enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re curious about HR and its strategic impact (direct HR experience is not required).
• You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
