Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking an Associate EHS Consultant to join the Environment Management, Permitting and Compliance team in the UK. You will deliver health, safety, and environmental consultancy for clients in waste, industry, power, and energy sectors.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders from operations to leadership to improve compliance and reduce risk, with increasing opportunities to work across Europe.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent health and safety qualification) required.
• Experience undertaking EHS audits; Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
• Strong report writing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end EHS consultancy projects across various sectors.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice to improve EHS performance.
• Support clients in meeting regulatory compliance requirements and environmental obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
