Job summary

WSP UK is seeking an Associate Director for Life Cycle Costing (PMCM Build) in the UK. You will drive lifecycle costing, cost planning, procurement, and post-contract financial management across Building and Infrastructure projects.

You will mentor QS/Commercial teams, lead deliverables, and contribute to bid writing and winning work while representing WSP at industry events. Expect senior leadership responsibilities and a strategic impact.

Qualifications

• MRICS is essential and ISO 15686.5 knowledge preferred.
• Ability to develop lifecycle models from first principles using capex data.
• Experience developing options studies across design levels.
• Proficiency in writing BREEAM reports.
• Experience creating lifecycle plans from survey data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver QS/Commercial Management services on projects.
• Lead a QS/Commercial team; mentor staff.
• Bid writing and winning work.
• People leadership and delivery at senior level.
• Represent WSP UK at industry events.
