Job summary

WSP UK is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our PMCM team. You will contribute to Life Cycle Costing and Whole Life Costing across pre- and post-contract activities, covering estimating, cost planning, procurement and post-contract financial management on diverse projects.

You will join a 400-strong PMCM team, working across Building and Infrastructure sectors, with opportunities to lead, mentor, and engage with clients; the role offers hybrid working and a clear path to Chartership.

Qualifications

• MRICS is essential.
• Solid understanding of ISO 15686.5.
• Ability to develop lifecycle models from capex references.
• Knowledge in options studies to compare design options.
• Ability to write BREEAM reports.
• Lifecycle plans from survey data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Senior level management/delivery experience where applicable.
