Job summary

WSP UK is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Manager to lead lifecycle costing across complex projects. You will estimate, cost plan, procure, and manage post-contract financials, collaborating with pre- and post-contract QS teams.

Depending on seniority, you might lead teams, mentor staff, bid for new work and represent WSP at industry events, contributing to iconic projects UK-wide.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent; proven lifecycle costing experience.
• Experience in cost planning, procurement, and post-contract financial management.
• Ability to develop lifecycle models from capex data and cost references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services across projects.
• Lead a QS/commercial team; train and mentor staff.
• Bid writing, winning work and representing WSP at industry events.
