• Proven experience as Associate or Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects £10m+.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to lead/manage meetings.
• MRICS Chartership desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of quantity surveyors on projects between £15m-£40m+.
• Undertake full quantity surveying/cost management duties including cost planning.
• Manage projects autonomously and work closely with clients.
