TML Recruitment is partnered with a leading UK property consultancy seeking a commercially minded Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team. With a strong pipeline of public sector and institutional instructions the team is now looking to strengthen its delivery capacity.

This is a rare chance to join a well-established valuation function thats growing rapidly. The team has tripled in size since 2019 and continues to win major asset valuation contracts, with a third significant instruction expected imminently. Youll be joining a collaborative, high-performing group with a strong reputation across the Midlands and beyond.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?

Youll be involved in a broad range of valuation work, with approximately 80% commercial and 20% residential exposure. Projects include :

  • Mixed-use developments (e.g. leisure complexes, manor houses with residential flats above commercial units)
  • Commercial assets across retail, industrial, and office sectors
  • Residential portfolios, including social housing elements
  • Development land and strategic sites
