Job summary

You will consult with agency planning teams, manage a team, develop relationships with key retail partners, and push adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of digital commerce and its integration into campaigns.
• Experience in eCommerce activation at an agency or client side (FMCG/CPG/retail).
• Strong data analysis and retail planning skills.
• Awareness of AI/tools to boost creativity and performance in media.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovative e‑commerce solutions and scalable tests with eCommerce teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners for growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the eCommerce practice.
• Collaborate with technology vendors for innovative client solutions.
• Work with product teams and vendors on testing opportunities and feedback.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients with updates and insights.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance reviews to clients.
• Mentor and lead junior team members and support their growth.
