Omnicom Media Group UK is seeking a Growth Lead, Flywheel UK (Business Director level) to drive growth for the UK retail media and connected commerce business, leading demand generation across onsite, offsite and in-store channels. You will build a strong pipeline, develop strategic propositions, and work with OMG agencies, client leads and specialist teams to win major opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in retail media, commerce media, or related fields.
• Proven track record of growing commercial revenue and pipeline.
• Strong understanding of onsite, offsite and in-store channels.
• Ability to engage senior clients and translate topics into opportunities.
• Experience developing proposals, leading pitches and closing scopes.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple agencies and teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead UK retail media growth and demand generation for OMG agencies and clients.
• Identify opportunities across onsite, offsite, in-store media and connected commerce.
• Build senior relationships with agency client leads and commercial stakeholders.
• Own pipeline forecasting, budgeting and revenue targets.
• Educate and enable agencies on Flywheel adoption and workshops.
• Contribute to Flywheel UK leadership and strategic direction.
