Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based in Glasgow. You will lead a team in delivering pre- and post-contract Cost & Commercial Management services for key clients in the Scotland market, including Scottish Power and Glasgow Airport.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in QS/Cost and Commercial Management.
• Experience in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing QS commercial services.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑contract Cost & Commercial Management services.
• Manage project delivery and win new work.
