Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Employer’s Agent roles.
• Demonstrable project management and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-contract Cost & Commercial Management including Employer’s Agent services.
• Role of Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor across sectors (residential, DoE framework).
• Join PMCM team providing QS/Cost Management and Project Controls services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Building and Infrastructure projects.
