You will manage a multidisciplinary team, partner with planning and strategy, and influence large-scale media investments. The role offers a hybrid office-based model and opportunities to grow with a respected global agency.

• Extensive experience in performance marketing across programmatic, paid search and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA performance marketing programme across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Partner with planning and strategy teams to develop performance-led media approaches.
• Create and deliver quarterly cross-channel strategies supporting brand and commercial objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end planning, activation and performance delivery.
• Build strong relationships with media partners to unlock innovation and value.
• Lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Champion continuous improvement by testing new approaches and sharing best practice.
