The Associate Director, Analytics & Insights plays a key role in shaping data-driven strategies that elevate omnichannel marketing effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. This role leads analytical design, connects insights to client needs, and supports high-impact decision-making across healthcare markets. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in media measurement, ROI analysis, and advanced modeling, paired with a strong ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead analytics strategy development across multiple client initiatives, connecting data to actionable recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making for internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee measurement frameworks, KPI design, performance tracking, and predictive modeling to evaluate marketing impact.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth, curiosity, and analytical excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional and client teams to align data accuracy, insights, and reporting consistency across platforms.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar.
  • 8+ years of analytics experience with strength in media performance tracking, MMM, and ROI analysis.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to design and implement measurement frameworks, KPI systems, and predictive models.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical data.
  • Background in marketing analytics, including segmentation, attribution, and campaign analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional media channels and related measurement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile project methodologies and tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
  • Ability to connect analytics, data engineering, and data science initiatives to broader business strategy.
  • Comfort integrating AI tools and approaches into analytical workflows.

The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
