ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

This is a superb opportunity for a dentist to join a busy, well-established practice with a fantastic reputation among patients and clinicians. The successful candidate will take over a stable, mixed list of NHS and private FPI patients, with the option to add to the practices already substantial plan list if desired. The current associate is leaving a full time position due to relocation overseas, leaving a very well-maintained list of patients offering a great balance between NHS and private work, and excellent earning potential.

The practice can be flexible with regards to UDA’s, the NHS patient base is very well maintained and low needs, in addition, there is a very experienced therapist on hand for referrals to assist with this. The outgoing dentist was managing circa 450 UDA per month (this can be adjusted to suit you), and a consistent £10k private gross and the successful candidate will be inheriting this list.

The practice boasts five modern surgeries, equipped with the latest technology, including intraoral and CBCT scanners, as well as digital x-rays. You will be supported by a highly experienced team of qualified nurses and a dental therapist, ensuring that you have the resources to focus on providing excellent care. The practice's NHS base is low-maintenance, and the private side is thriving, with strong organic demand.

Located in a village just outside Durham city, the practice is an easy commute from Newcastle (around 30 minutes) and offers a well-equipped, forward-thinking environment for a dentist looking to develop their skills and enjoy strong earnings.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
