Responsabilidades

• Taking calls and text messages from patients and carers with varying levels of Mental Health needs.
• Triaging calls and texts to ensure proper routing to the right professional.
• Provision of a high-quality Mental Health crisis support line.
• Meeting key performance indicators for call/text response times.
• Liaise with other professionals and agencies to support the person in crisis.
