The role involves robust assessment, risk management, and crisis planning under supervision.

Responsibilities include taking calls/texts from patients and carers, triaging, delivering crisis support, meeting KPIs, and coordinating with other professionals to support individuals in crisis.

Qualifications

• Robust assessment, risk assessment and management skills.
• Sound decision making for people in mental health crisis.
• Formulate crisis safety plans under supervision of registered clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Take calls and text messages from patients and carers with varying levels of mental health needs.
• Triaging calls and texts to ensure they reach the most appropriate professional.
• Provide a high quality Mental Health crisis support line.
• Meet KPIs for answering calls and responding to text messages.
• Liaise with other professionals and agencies to support people in crisis.
