What You'll Do:

• Providing legal support for the (i) acquisition and sale of betting rights, and and (ii) other matters ancillary to the betting business
• Pro-actively working with the legal team (London and International colleagues) to ensure that best practice and knowledge is understood, shared and utilised amongst the team
• Liaise with the business so that commercial, pragmatic and salient advice and guidance on business opportunities can be followed at all times
• Assisting with new projects as and when appropriate

You Have These:

• Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years PQE who has worked in a commercial environment
• Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

• The ability to assimilate and understand salient points of commercial opportunities with both speed and accuracy
• Excellent written and spoken English with a meticulous attention to and for detail
• Ability to juggle and prioritise a varied and heavy workload with the ability to plan ahead
• Able to work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally

We'd Also Love If You Have These:

• In-house legal experience within a betting or media organisation
• Has an interest in sport/betting
• Experience of working with high level executives in own and client/customer organisations
