How you can help people and organizations work better together: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth.
Experience in sales and client management in service industries is also an asset.
Responsibilities include: Providing organizational, sales, and client service leadership for Advantage Group; Building strong relationships with CPG clients; Achieving sales and profit goals; Collaborating with various teams to align strategies; Managing complex consulting projects; Demonstrating strong negotiation skills; Supporting global client relationships at the country level; Enhancing the Advantage brand through thought leadership and industry participation.
Location: The candidate should ideally be based in Europe, in countries such as Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany. The role is remote (home office based).
Travel expectations include client visits, industry conferences, and occasional trips to Toronto Office.
