How you can help people and organizations work better together:

Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. Experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities, is preferred. Sales and client management experience in services industries is also advantageous.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our work and advocate for Advantage
  • Achieve sales and profit targets for your client portfolio and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategy, including financial reporting and forecasting
  • Work across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals
  • Negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Support market leaders in developing global client collaborations at the country level
  • Enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through speaking engagements, conferences, white papers, and articles

Location:

The role is ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) and is remote. Travel may include:

  • Client meetings and presentations
  • Occasional visits to Toronto Office
  • Industry conferences and events

  • Expertise in CPG retail industry
  • Strong network of global CPG contacts
  • Customer service and business development skills
  • Understanding of market research principles and Advantage products
  • Experience managing complex consulting projects
