Job summary

AlphaSights is seeking an Associate in the Client Service team in central London. You’ll serve as the link between clients and experts, managing multiple projects and coordinating communications to deliver timely insights.

You’ll own end-to-end client‑expert interactions, use AI-powered sourcing tools, and develop transferable commercial and client-management skills. A clear path to Manager and VP awaits highly performing associates.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Italian (or C2 level) proficiency; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client‑expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI‑powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
