Job summary

AlphaSights in London seeks an Associate in Client Service to connect clients with expert insights and manage communications end to end. You will drive multi-project work and leverage AI-enabled workflows to deliver fast, high-quality matches for investor and strategy clients.

You’ll develop transferable commercial and client-management skills while pursuing a clear career path to Manager after 24–30 months and to Vice President after ~5 years.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree 2:1 or above required.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Fluent English; European work experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client-expert communications and negotiate with relevant experts.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains.
• Understand project context and the regulatory environment in which clients operate.
