Job summary

AlphaSights in London is launching an Associate Program designed to deliver immediate personal impact with a clear career path and strong progression opportunities.

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you’ll connect clients with expert knowledge, manage multiple projects, and use AI-powered tools to support sourcing and negotiations, developing transferable commercial and leadership skills along a defined path to Manager after 24-30 months and VP in about five years.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Portuguese or C2 level; continental Europe experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
