Job summary

AlphaSights seeks an Associate in the Client Service team to connect clients with expert knowledge and manage multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers. You will multitask across parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll recruit experts, understand project context, and own communications and scheduling to ensure seamless collaboration. A clear career path leads to Manager in 24–30 months and VP around year five.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) required.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement during school/university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English required; experience in continental Europe desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts: speak with experts relevant to clients' projects under tight deadlines.
• Understand project and market context and the regulatory environment.
• Own all aspects of projects: manage client-expert communications and schedule calls to ensure smooth collaboration.
