Job summary

AlphaSights in London is seeking an ambitious Associate to join the Client Service team. You will act as the link between clients and experts, managing multiple projects and coordinating communications to deliver precise matches for complex requests.

You will leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, understand market context and regulatory considerations, and develop transferable commercial and client-management skills with a clear pathway to managerial roles in 24–30 months.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and French or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
