Job summary

AlphaSights in London seeks an Associate in Client Service to connect clients with expert knowledge, manage multi-project workflows and negotiate expert matches. This hands-on, communications-heavy role forms the bridge between investors, strategists, and top-tier client organisations.

You will develop transferable client-management skills through daily interactions, with a clear career path toward Manager after 24–30 months and VP after ~5 years.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree 2:1 or above.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Danish or C2 level required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client-expert communications and coordinate with experts to match client requests.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with experts.
• Understand project context and regulatory environment impacting clients and experts.
