A Chartered Engineer status is preferred, with strong UK design experience and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Senior or associate-level civil engineering experience.
• Strong UK civil engineering design experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Experience with client relationship management and key accounts.
• Proven ability to deliver KPIs and report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians.
• Mentor and develop staff for professional growth.
• Oversee delivery of civil designs across multiple projects.
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Drive team performance and KPI achievement.
• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across project delivery.
• Collaborate with Directors on strategy and growth.
• Ensure high-quality engineering solutions and efficient project delivery.
