Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Civil Design Engineer for a Leicester-based role. The position offers a competitive £35-60K salary (DOE) and is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work on residential and development schemes.

You will design civil infrastructure including roads and sewers, using Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, Site3D and Causeway Flow, with an immediate start option. The role supports strong progression within a growing practice and a collaborative engineering

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Civil Design Engineering.
• Development or house builder design experience.
• Experience with site set-up, roads and sewers design.
• Expert-level Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Expert-level Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Experience using Autodesk InfoDrainage.
• Experience using Site3D.
• Experience using Causeway Flow.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering schemes across a range of project types and scales.
• Undertake site set-up and civil infrastructure design.
• Design roads and sewers for development projects.
• Produce detailed designs using Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Design and develop drainage systems using Autodesk InfoDrainage.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, models and design information.
• Work across residential and development projects from initial design through to detailed design.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients and project teams to deliver successful designs.
• Ensure designs meet relevant standards, specifications and project requirements.
