Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Civils Engineer in Leicester to lead and develop a high-performing civil engineering team. You will own team management, client relationships, and performance targets across a varied project portfolio, influencing technical delivery and strategic direction.

A Chartered Engineer status is preferred, with strong UK design experience and leadership capability.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Associate Civils Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Associate Civils professional to join an ambitious and growing consultancy based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team while working across a varied portfolio of projects with exposure to developments of different scales.

The successful candidate will combine strong civil engineering design experience with proven leadership skills, taking ownership of team management, client relationships, performance targets, and contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior or associate-level civil engineering role
• Strong UK civil engineering design experience
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Experience with client relationship management and key account management
• Experience delivering KPIs and reporting into senior leadership
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or CMIHT)

• Autodesk Civil 3D knowledge
• Autodesk Inflow knowledge
• Causeway Flow knowledge
• Expert-level Autodesk AutoCAD experience
