Regional Recruitment are assisting a Midlands based organisation to appoint an Associate Structural Engineer. You will lead a team of structural engineers and technicians, drive staff development, and manage key client relationships across varied projects.

Qualifications

• Senior or Associate Structural Engineering experience is essential.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng/MICE or MIStructE) is required.
• Experience leading and developing engineering staff and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Develop staff and mentor junior engineers for progression.
• Oversee structural design projects across multiple sectors and scales.
• Maintain key client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure designs and calculations meet high technical standards and deadlines.
