Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to enhance the quality of HP's UK database of corporate customers. The successful candidate will identify areas of substandard quality within the customer database and implement various techniques to improve data quality. This role involves combining multiple data sources and verifying company information through research, including the use of GenAI. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with a technical team to achieve these objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the quality of the corporate customer database.
• Identify and rectify data quality issues through research and data integration.
• Utilize Excel models to support data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and improve data accuracy.
• Conduct research on company information using various online resources.
• Leverage GenAI tools to enhance data verification processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to implement data quality improvements.

Mandatory Skills
