Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an ambitious Assistant Civils Preconstruction Manager to support bid submissions for major civil and infrastructure schemes. You will coordinate tender documents and work with the operational, commercial and technical teams to assemble compelling proposals.

The role requires a civil engineering qualification and proven experience in preconstruction or tender environments, with excellent writing, organisation and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in preconstruction, bid management or tendering environments.
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation, coordination and submission of tender documents.
• Support management of tender action plans and submission programmes.
• Coordinate technical information and distribute to consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in producing presentations for client interviews and tender reviews.
• Review and edit bid submissions for quality and compliance.
• Develop high-quality responses and case studies with operational teams.
• Maintain bid libraries, templates and submission materials.
• Support evaluation of opportunities across public and private frameworks.
