Newcastle City Council is recruiting two enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Team Managers to support the Children in Care Service. You will lead and guide practitioners through varied casework, helping create safe, supportive spaces for young people to heal and grow.
You will work alongside the Team Manager to shape a high-performing team, promote restorative practice, and ensure decisions are made in the best interests of children and families across Newcastle.
