Newcastle City Council is recruiting a Team Manager to support our Family Help Service on a fixed-term basis up to 12 months. You will supervise practitioners, guide casework, and provide professional leadership to foster a resilient, compassionate team dedicated to early help and family-centred practice.

You’ll embed Families First principles, promote strong multiagency collaboration, and ensure children’s voices are central to day-to-day decisions.
