Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Respond to tenant queries on service charge, rent and insurance.
• Support occupier engagement activities including tenant meetings.
• Check and approve invoices to support property management teams.
• Coordinate and support client initiatives such as sustainability reporting.
