Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact for Asset/Development Manager.
• Oversee development site management with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and operate site budgets and service structures.
• Manage lease/alteration requests and occupier issues.
• Coordinate financial reporting and KPI delivery.
• Support ESG initiatives and supplier management.
• Lead and mentor PAM team as required.
